Experience the traditional Filipino way of making tableya (100% Unsweetened Chocolate) from cacao beans using heritage methods passed through generations.
Includes:
• Traditional Cacao roasting (outdoor activity)
• Cracking and winnowing cacao beans (outdoor activity)
• Manual grinding (outdoor activity)
• Traditional tableya molding (indoor activity)
• Tableya packing (indoor activity)
• Tableya(Sikwate) tasting and other chocolate tasting (indoor activity at Dalareich Chocolate House)
• Short cacao storytelling and introduction (indoor activity)

Booking Policy
• Advance reservation is required. We are unable to accommodate walk-in guests.
• Full payment is required to secure your reservation.
• All bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in the cancellation of the session without refund.
• To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, a maximum of 12 persons is permitted inside the studio per session.
• Only registered and paying guests are allowed inside the studio. Non-paying visitors, companions, and spectators are not permitted.
